My guest today is Janice Ng, an entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness industry based in Hong Kong. She’s the founder of Absolute Focus and is an ambassador for Lululemon.
I’ve known Janice for a while now and about 6 months ago she made a post about a 10 day Vipassana retreat she went on. It’s something I’ve always been curious to find out about so I asked Janice to jump on a call so I could find out about her experience.
